Brazil's LGPD grants you, as a data subject, a number of rights. SIRIUS provides a free and easy channel to exercise them.
Your rights (LGPD art. 18)
- Confirmation that processing exists;
- Access to your data;
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
- Portability to another provider upon request;
- Deletion of data processed based on consent;
- Information about entities with which data was shared;
- Information about the option not to consent and its consequences;
- Withdrawal of consent at any time.
